Return Policy

At Kevlarix LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer an easy return and exchange process to ensure your experience remains positive.


Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

  • Returns are not accepted for items that have been worn, altered, or washed.

  • Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.


Return Method & Fees:

  • Return Method: By mail.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

  • Return Label: Not included; customers must arrange return shipping.

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply.


How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at kevlarixllc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Authorization: You’ll receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

  3. Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage.

  4. Shipping: Send the item using your chosen carrier and keep tracking information for reference.


Exchanges:

  • We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.

  • To exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.


Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing takes up to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
