At Kevlarix, we are committed to delivering your motorcycle gear as quickly and securely as possible. Whether you’re upgrading your ride or preparing for your next adventure, we want to ensure your order arrives on time, every time.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times may be subject to delays during busy seasons or due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States.
  • For orders under $100, shipping costs will be calculated based on your delivery address.

International Shipping:

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some oversized items may have additional shipping charges.

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure there are no errors. Kevlarix is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
