🕒 Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method.

⏳ Cancellation After 24 Hours

After 24 hours, production may already be in progress.

If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before shipment, a partial refund may be issued.

Up to 50% of the order value may be retained to cover costs already incurred, including:

• Labor
• Materials
• Production handling
• Processing fees

The exact refundable amount will depend on the production stage at the time of cancellation.

🚫 Orders in Production or Shipped

Once an order has been:

• Fully produced
• Customized
• Or shipped

It is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

📦 Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

• Customized or personalized items
• Made-to-order products
• Discounted or clearance items

We encourage customers to review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.

🛑 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Clear photos or videos
• Your order number
• A description of the issue

After verification, we will offer:

• A replacement
• Repair
